Country Profiles
The Federal Statistical Office regularly publishes country profiles (PDF-files) based on official international statistics.These seven page profiles offer an overview of the main statistical indicators for the G-20 advanced industrial and emerging countries. The main topics covered include economy and finance, demography, social conditions and the environment.
G-20 advanced industrial and emerging countries
The design and concept of the country profiles was revised in 2008. All country profiles published before 2008 are primarily based on national statistical sources. The profiles published since 2008 mainly feature official international statistics from UN organisations, World Bank, OECD, International Monetary Fund and other international organisations.
