WIESBADEN – As reported by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), the provisional consumer price index for Germany for reference month February 2009 will not be released today as scheduled.
Technical problems require recalculation. Therefore, the results already published this morning by some Land statistical offices will be corrected, too. The provisional federal result will be released tomorrow, Friday, 27 February 2009.
