Social Programme

Welcome drinks reception, Sunday 21 October

We will be holding a drinks reception after registration at the conference venue Dorint Hotel Pallas Wiesbaden from 18.00 - 20.00.

Tour to the surroundings of Wiesbaden, Wednesday 24 October

A coach will collect delegates and accompanying persons from the Dorint Hotel Pallas Wiesbaden after lunch for an afternoon tour to the surrounding region of Wiesbaden “Rheingau”.
After a short boat trip we will visit Rüdesheim, a world famous small winegrowing town and the Eberbach monastery nearby. You are invited for traditional wine-tasting and a rustic light meal.
Casual clothing and a warm jacket for the evening are recommended.

Evening conference dinner, Thursday 25 October

We will be holding a dinner at the Restaurant LUMEN situated in the heart of Wiesbaden (Marktplatz, between market church and town hall) at 15 minutes walking distance from the Dorint Hotel Pallas Wiesbaden.

All participants and partners are invited to attend the social programme.
