Publikation Selected results on small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany 2007

Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are very important for the German economy. Users frequently request SME data from official statistics. This paper will provide results of an SME data analysis for reference year 2007. For this purpose data available from the annual structural statistics is used. By this means no additional burden for enterprises is generated.
