WIESBADEN – In November 2017, German local courts reported 1,771 business insolvencies. According to the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), this was a 5.6% increase compared with November 2016.
The local courts reported that, in relation to the business insolvency requests, the prospective debts owed to creditors amounted to just under 9.0 billion euros in November 2017.
