WIESBADEN – In 2017, 25,900 students received a Germany Scholarship in accordance with the Scholarship Programme Act. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that the number of scholarship holders rose by 2% compared with the previous year. Measured against the provisional total number of students in the winter semester of 2017/2018, the share of those on a scholarship was 0.9%.
