WIESBADEN – The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) and the statistical offices of the Länder are asking private households to support the largest voluntary household survey of official statistics. Households interested in taking part in the sample survey of income and expenditure (EVS) may register at www.evs2018.de by mid-September 2018 in order to keep a household book in the fourth quarter of 2018. Participant households will have a twofold benefit: they will get a good overview of their household budget and receive a financial reward as a thank you for their valuable support.
