WIESBADEN – To coincide with the official ceremony marking the end of the complete restoration and ceremonial reopening of the restored canteen of the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) on 10 October 2018, a panel discussion was held on the issue "Between conservation and work 4.0 – modern working environment at the Federal Statistical Office". Facilitated by Walter Radermacher, former President of the Federal Statistical Office and former Director-General of the European statistical authority Eurostat, a discussion was held by experts of the Federal Statistical Office and of the responsible architecture office and experts in the fields of protection of historic buildings and nutrition.
