WIESBADEN – Where do most traffic accidents occur in my town? Where did fatal accidents occur? Where did cyclist accidents happen most often? Since September 2018, such information has been provided by the interactive accident atlas (only in German) of the statistical offices of the Federation and the Länder. It gives an overview of accidents involving personal injury in a detailed regional breakdown showing road sections and individual accident locations. A first update is now available. Data from Brandenburg, Rheinland-Pfalz and Saarland have been included for the first time. The previous version covered Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Bremen, Hamburg, Hessen, Niedersachsen, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt and Schleswig-Holstein.
