WIESBADEN – The turnover in selected service branches increased by a calendar and seasonally adjusted 4.6% in the third quarter of 2018 compared with the third quarter of 2017. Based on first calculations, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that turnover rose by 1.2% compared with the previous quarter. The seasonally adjusted number of persons employed in all the selected service branches increased by 1.9% on the same quarter a year earlier, and by 0.2% on the previous quarter.
