WIESBADEN – Construction enterprises with more than 20 persons employed in Germany invested 4.0 billion euros in tangible fixed assets in 2017. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that this was an increase of around 300 million euros compared to the year 2016 (+8.0%). Higher investments in tangible fixed assets were last seen in the year 1995 (4.7 billion euros).
