Press Producer prices of services in 2018 (annual average): +1.3% compared with 2017

WIESBADEN – On an annual average, the producer prices of services were up 1.3% in Germany in 2018 year on year. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that price increases were recorded in most service branches from 2017. The increase was highest over the year for administrative and support service activities (2.8%). Compared with the 3rd quarter of 2018, the producer prices of services (total) rose by 0.4% in the 4^th quarter.
