WIESBADEN – In 2018, 27,200 students received a Germany Scholarship in accordance with the Scholarship Programme Act. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that the number of scholarship holders rose by 5% compared with the previous year. Measured against the provisional total of students in the winter semester of 2018/2019, the proportion of those on a scholarship was 1%.
