WIESBADEN – German local courts reported 1,579 business insolvencies in February 2019. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that this was a decline of 2.8% compared with February 2018.
The local courts reported that, in relation to the business insolvency requests, the prospective debts owed to creditors amounted to approximately 2.0 billion euros in February 2019.
