WIESBADEN – In October 2019, 290 people died in road traffic accidents in Germany. Based on provisional results, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that this was a decline of 25 people compared with October 2018. The number of people injured declined by 5.8% to roughly 34,000 in October 2019 year on year.
