New orders in main construction industry, November 2019
+14.2% on the previous month (in real terms, seasonally and calendar adjusted)
+9.1% on the same month a year earlier (in real terms, calendar adjusted)
+10.3% on the same month a year earlier (in nominal terms)
WIESBADEN – The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that price-adjusted new orders in the main construction industry increased a seasonally and working-day adjusted 14.2% in November 2019 on October 2019.
In building construction and civil and underground engineering, in establishments of enterprises with 20 or more persons, new orders increased by 10.3% in nominal terms compared with the corresponding month of the previous year.
