Turnover in crafts with compulsory approval, 1st quarter 2020

WIESBADEN– In the 1st quarter of 2020, turnover in crafts with compulsory approval increased by 3.8% in Germany compared with the 1st quarter of 2019. Based on provisional figures, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that the number of persons employed in crafts with compulsory approval was down by 0.4% at the end of March 2020 compared with the end of March 2019.
