WIESBADEN – First reliable figures regarding accidents with e-scooters on German roads are out now. From January to March 2020, the police registered a total of 251 accidents with e-scooters in Germany in which people were injured or killed. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that one e-scooter user died, while 39 were severely and 182 slightly injured.
