Prices of residential property, 2nd quarter of 2020 (provisional early estimate)
+5.6% on the same quarter of the previous year
+1.4% on the previous quarter
WIESBADEN – The prices of residential property (house price index) in Germany were an average of 1.4% higher in the second quarter of 2020 than in the first quarter of the year. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that an increase of 5.6% was recorded on the second quarter of 2019.
