WIESBADEN – Compared with the previous year, average mobility in Germany was down 11% on 16 December 2020, the first day of the so-called hard lockdown in the country to tackle the coronavirus pandemic. This was shown by an ad hoc evaluation of experimental data of the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis).
