WIESBADEN – In February 2021, the construction of a total of 30,058 dwellings was permitted in Germany. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that this was an increase of 6.3% in seasonally and calendar adjusted terms compared with January 2021. The figures include building permits regarding new buildings and work on existing buildings.
