WIESBADEN – In March 2021, the construction of a total of 38,204 dwellings was permitted in Germany. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that this was an increase of 7.0% in seasonally and calendar adjusted terms compared with February 2021. The figures include building permits regarding new buildings and work on existing buildings.
