WIESBADEN – In August 2021, 241 people died in road traffic accidents in Germany. Based on provisional figures, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that their number was down by 28 compared with August 2020. The number of people injured declined by 8% to 31,700 in August 2021 year on year.
