  • January to October 2021: building permits up 4.2% on the same period a year earlier

WIESBADEN – In October 2021, the construction of 29,597 dwellings was permitted in Germany. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that this was a decrease of 3.2% in seasonally and calendar adjusted terms compared with September 2021.
