WIESBADEN – German construction enterprises with more than 20 persons employed invested 5.2 billion euros in tangible fixed assets in 2020. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that this was an increase of around 170 million euros compared to the year 2019 (+3.4%). The investment volume thus exceeds the EUR 5 billion threshold.
