WIESBADEN – In February 2022, Germany’s exports to countries outside the European Union (third countries) were up 3.1% on a calendar and seasonally adjusted basis compared with January 2022. Germany exported goods to the value of 57.2 billion euros (calendar and seasonally adjusted) in February 2022 according to provisional data of the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). Calendar and seasonally adjusted exports to third countries were 7.9% higher than in February 2020, the month before restrictions were imposed because of the Covid-19 pandemic in Germany.
