Producer price index for services – commercial rents
+1.0% on the same quarter of the previous year
+0.2% on the previous quarter
+0.2% on an annual average in 2021 compared with 2020
WIESBADEN – The rents of commercial real property in Germany were up by an average 1.0% in the fourth quarter of 2021 year on year, and by 0.2% quarter on quarter. Commercial rents on an annual average in 2021 increased by 0.2% compared with the previous year. These results are the first figures released by the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) on the development of commercial rents.
