Overnight stays, April 2022

319.6% on the same month a year earlier
WIESBADEN – The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that the number of overnight stays in accommodation establishments with 10 or more bed places and in tourist campsites having 10 or more pitches increased by 319.6% to 35.7 million in Germany in April 2022, compared with the corresponding month of the preceding year.
Compared with April 2019, the number of overnight stays declined by 11.4%.
