Turnover in the service sector, July 2022 (provisional, calendar and seasonally adjusted)
+0.6% on the previous month (in real terms)

WIESBADEN – In July 2022, the real (price adjusted) turnover of the service sector in Germany (not including financial and insurance activities) was 0.6% higher and the nominal (not price adjusted) turnover 0.3% higher in calendar and seasonally adjusted terms than in June 2022, according to provisional results of the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). Compared with July 2021, the service sector recorded a 10.2% increase in turnover in real terms and a nominal increase of 14.9%.
