Truck toll mileage index, March 2025
+2.7% on the previous month (calendar and seasonally adjusted)
+0.9% on the same month a year earlier (calendar adjusted)
KÖLN/WIESBADEN – The mileage covered by trucks with four or more axles, which are subject to toll charges, on German motorways increased by 2.7% in March 2025 compared with February 2025, after calendar and seasonal adjustment. The Federal Logistics and Mobility Office (BALM) and the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also report that, on a calendar adjusted basis, the truck toll mileage index was up 0.9% compared with March 2024.
