Truck toll mileage index, June 2025
-0.8% on the previous month (calendar and seasonally adjusted)
-1.1% on the same month a year earlier (calendar adjusted)
KÖLN/WIESBADEN – The mileage covered by trucks with four or more axles, which are subject to toll charges, on German motorways decreased by 0.8% in June 2025 compared with May 2025, after calendar and seasonal adjustment. The Federal Logistics and Mobility Office (BALM) and the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also report that, on a calendar adjusted basis, the truck toll mileage index was down 1.1% compared with June 2024.

The following changes to the GENESIS-Online web service interfaces (API) will take effect on 15 July 2025: POST methods of the RESTful/JSON interface will replace the SOAP/XML interface and GET methods of the RESTful/JSON interface. Please adapt your processes now to use POST requests for the RESTful/JSON interface.
