What is not included here is information that does not refer to your identity (such as the number of site users). Generally, you can use our entire range of online information without disclosing your identity.

It is up to you whether or not to enter such data. We store your data on specially protected servers in Germany. Access to them is allowed only to a small number of specially authorised persons who deal with the technical, commercial or editorial management of the servers. Such data are stored only for the purpose of customer care, which refers to handling current and future orders, creating user profiles, performing user analyses, conducting customer surveys and getting customer feedback.

When you order publications, we use the personal information entered by you only within Destatis and the businesses authorised to dispatch the publications. We do not pass them on to third parties unless you have explicitly allowed us to do so.

The e-mail addresses for newsletter dispatch are used only for the purpose of dispatch and will in no case be passed on to third parties.
