The Tourism Satellite Account for Economy and Environment (TSA-EE) of the German Federal Statistical Office quantifies the economic, environmental and labour market significance of the tourism industry in Germany. This allows for a direct comparison of the results at a macroeconomic level. This publication is the English short version of the more comprehensive project report and provides information on the project results for the years 2015-2021. However, it does not provide a comprehensive description of the methodology or all of the results in full detail.
