In the EU, 22% of enterprises offer trainings for IT related topics – with big differences among the countries. In 2024, 38% of all enterprises in Finland contributed towards developing their employees’ IT skills. Germany also positioned itself above the EU average with 26%.
In other countries, such as Bulgaria, the number continues to stay at a low level with 9% in 2024.
For this EU-wide survey, enterprises with at least 10 employees were interviewed. Data as of 14.01.2025. The latest data can be found in the Eurostat database.
