In the EU, 22% of enterprises offer trainings for IT related topics – with big differences among the countries. In 2022, 40% of all enterprises in Finland contributed towards developing their employees’ IT skills already. Germany also positioned itself above average among EU states with 27%.
In other countries, such as Romania and Bulgaria, the number continues to stay on a low level with 9% in 2022.
For this EU-wide survey, enterprises with at least 10 employees were interviewed. Data as of 11.10.2023. The latest data can be found in the Eurostat database.
