WIESBADEN – German local courts reported 1,528 business insolvencies in November 2018. Based on provisional figures, the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that this was a decrease of 13.7% compared with November 2017.
The local courts reported that, in relation to the business insolvency requests, the prospective debts owed to creditors amounted to just under 1.1 billion euros in November 2018.
