WIESBADEN – In 2018, 3,275 people were killed in road traffic accidents in Germany. The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) also reports that this was an increase of 95, or +3%, on 2017. Another 396,000 people were injured in road traffic accidents, that was 5,706 more than in 2017 (+1.5%).
