Overnight stays, October 2022
44,3 million
+2.7% on the same month a year earlier
WIESBADEN – The Federal Statistical Office (Destatis) reports that the number of overnight stays in Germany increased by 2.7% to 44,3 million in October 2022, compared with the corresponding month of the preceding year. Compared with October 2019, the number of overnight stays decreased by 3.0%.
The figures refer to accommodation establishments with 10 or more bed places and in tourist campsites having 10 or more pitches.
