Prices of residential property, 1^st quarter of 2026 (provisional)
+1.4% on the same quarter of the previous year
+0.3% on the previous quarter

WIESBADEN – In the 1^st quarter of 2026, the prices of residential property (house price index) in Germany increased by an average of 1.4% compared with the 1^st quarter of 2025. Compared with the previous quarter, prices were up 0.3%.
